Private yoga sessions with Hannah include a customized combination of breathing exercises, authentic yoga poses, aromatherapy, sound therapy, relaxation, and meditation techniques.
PRESCHOOL + UP
Practice yoga from a young age. Yoga has both physical and psychological benefits for school-age children. Yoga helps children improve strength, balance, flexibility, concentration, self-esteem, memory, focus, and awareness.
PRENATAL
Practice prenatal yoga for a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and baby. Prenatal yoga helps reduce mother's stress, anxiety, depression, and water retention, as well as increases blood and oxygen circulation to both mother and baby.
POSTNATAL
Practice postnatal yoga to regain the power and tone of the perineal and abdominal areas. Postnatal yoga helps heal, rebalance hormones, lessen fatigue, and increase energy of the mother.

ABOUT HANNAH
Hannah specializes in teaching classical Hatha flow routines to women and children, blending the precision of alignment with movement and breathwork, providing a dynamic and centering practice. Hannah promotes a healthy yogic lifestyle that is cultivated both on and off the mat, emphasizing the main principles of yoga- proper diet, exercise, breathing, relaxation, concentration and positive thinking.
Hannah has studied yoga across the world for over twenty five years. With the desire to learn authentic yoga and its origins, she received her Yoga Alliance and International Yoga accredited training from Yogi Madhav at Arhanta Ashram in India. Inspired and changed by her experience, Hannah left her career in finance to pursue her passion for yoga.
As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Hannah continued her yoga journey as a private yoga teacher at a start-up based in San Francisco. After giving birth to two children, she received her Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Certification from Yogi Madhav, which deepened her understanding of the important role yoga can play before, during, and after pregnancy, and the profound effect it has on the mother and child. Hannah proceeded to get her Children's Yoga Teacher Certification and teach yoga at Elementary school in Marin, helping children thrive through yoga and mindfulness practices. Hannah is also a certified practitioner in Reiki and Sound Therapy, and incorporates these complimentary modalities to enhance her yoga practice.
